This attractive, modern apartment offers everything you’ll need for your relaxing holiday

Long term rentals available – Great for digital nomads & long stay holidays

Sleeping six, the apartment features one king size bed, two singles and a sofa bed in the living room, plus a large wardrobe for your clothes and storage. The great bathroom features a fabulous Roca shower. Whilst the modern kitchen has a microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, oven, large fridge/freezer and a new dishwasher. An ideal kitchen for cooking and self catering, whilst you enjoy the view of the Calpe rock. For those vital food supplies, there is also a local, well stocked supermarket. Many languages are spoken throughout the resort, so the apartment’s TV has English, French, German, and Spanish channels.

 

The apartment is situated at the end of a balcony, which benefits from gorgeous sea views. Perfect for relaxing, reading a book, or enjoying an evening drink.

 

As the complex is outside of the bustle of the main local towns, you can book taxis or hire a car for your stay. Or for those that prefer to stay local, the apartment is only 800 metres from La Fustera beach, which has a great, friendly bar and restaurant. 

 

The resort is of very high standard, well maintained, with cleanliness a priority, a secure, gated community, with cctv in all the communal areas. There is an adult and children’s pool, both of which are outstanding, with plenty of sun beds and parasols situated around the pools. Or for an additional charge, you can have access to the indoor fitness centre, with its gym, sauna and jacuzzi.

BEAUTIFUL
COSTA BLANCA LOCATION
Located between the coastal towns of Calpe and Moraira, but not in them, officially the area is known as Benissa Costa

The stunningly beautiful cove of Cala Pinets, Benissa, with its turquoise waters, only accessible by foot, is a 5 minute drive from the apartment. Calpe with its historical old town, and picturesque promenade is a 12 minute drive from the apartment. Moraira, to the north, an old fishing town, set against a backdrop of dramatic mountains, is 17 minutes. 

 

Trains run from Calpe to Moraira. But for those that enjoy a good walk, there is also the lovely 11.5km coastal walk which takes you past some of the many beautiful beaches and coves along the local coastline. Where you can take in Playa Moraira, Cala Baladrar, Cala de la Lobelia, Playa de la Fustier and Plato de la Fossa.

 

For those looking for day trips, a little further afield. There is the coastal resort of Cala del Portixol, to the north. Here you can enjoy the snorkelling and kayaking excursions, and experience the gorgeous coastal waters of the Mediterranean. Or for those that prefer a little more hussle and bustle, Benidorm is situated to the south. Local trains run from Calpe to Benidorm.
